The programme is graced with the presence of Mr. Lalduhawma, Chief Minister as Chief Guest. The award is distributed by ICT Minister Dr. Vanlalthlana and Chief Secretary Dr
Renu Sharma. On behalf of Govt. Khawzawl College Sir Dr. Lalliantluanga Ralte Asst. Professor, Dept. of Education received the award in Aizawl. The award is being honor in lieu of an active management in Institutional Website and College Instagram Account.
