Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS), which seeks to improve the overall quality of existing state higher educational institutions by ensuring their conformity to prescribed norms and standards and adoption of accreditation as a mandatory quality assurance framework.
At the institutional level, RUSA is managed by two bodies; the Board of Governors (BoG) and a Project Monitoring Unit. The BoG is to take all policy decisions with regard to smooth, cost-effective, and timely implementation of the Institutional project, Ensure overall faculty development, etc. A Project Monitoring Unit represented by academic officials, faculty, administrative officers, and students will be responsible for the monitoring of the project at the institutional level in order to implement the governance reforms proposed under RUSA.
Following the RUSA Guidelines made by the Govt. of India The College, On 19th March 2015 formed Project Monitoring Unit(PMU) and other necessary Committees, Board and Cells at each are formed at level to implement various coming programmes and project under RUSA(Rashtrya Uchatar Shiksa Abhyan). As the staffs come and go with time the member staff changes from time to time. Present body are as below.

RUSA FUND RECEIVED AND UTILIZATION BY THE COLLEGE
Funds from RUSA project are received under two heads, viz. Infrastructure grants and Equity Innitiatives grants. Infrastructure grants are utilize to construct physical assets in the college whereas Equity Innitiatives funds are utilized towards personality Development of Students through various programmes Seminar, Campaigns etc.

(iii) Seminars/Workshops/ Campaigns
With 1st Instalment of RUSA Equity Innitiative Grant Seminars, Workshops, Campaign are organised by various Cells. Remedial Coaching classes and Spoken English/Hindi classes are also conducted during July 2016 to June 2017.
With 2nd Instalment of RUSA Equity Innitiative Grant Campaigns are organised during August 2017 to March 2018 by various Cells in Nine different Topics of recent concerns, while remedial Classes and Spoken Classes are going on for the needy students. Two day Workshop on Adventural Activities are organised. Outreach programme organised on Edufest.
3rd Instalment of RUSA Equity Innitiative Grant are utilized for organising various Awareness campaigns 9 times during 2019. Remdial Coaching Class and Spoken classes conducted.
